Use of the website

The content of Frowey's website is provided to give you general information about Frowey (Frowey Ltd trading as Frowey Farm Shop) and the services we offer. Services and supplies are subject to change due to seasonal and regional availability, market pricing and demand. We endeavour to ensure any information provided on the website is current and accurate. However, Frowey disclaims all liability from any errors and has no responsibility for information or views offered via any links to third-party sites.

Frowey's website and its content (including images) are subject to copyright and cannot be downloaded or re-used for any purpose.

Frowey captures statistics about website use using Google Analytics. The information captured is anonymous (pages visited, source of visit eg region, IP address, browsers etc) and serves to help us understand what information is of interest to website visitors.

Any dispute arising from the use of the website is governed by the laws of England and Wales under the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Special orders & order fulfilment

Special orders may be requested via email but are subject to discussion either in the farm shop or over the phone and verbal agreement. Payment will be taken when you collect your order from the farm shop. However, by exception we may agree to deliver your order if you live nearby and are unable to get to the farm. You will be notified of the delivery charge. Depending on agreed arrangements, payment may be taken over the phone via your debit or credit card - no card information is held by Frowey. Alternatively, cash payment will be taken on delivery. Please note, as a general rule, Frowey no longer offers home delivery due to rising fuel costs.

You can place an order over the phone or via email. If you wish to order over the phone or email us with a query, you will find all the contact details you need on the contact us page.

Privacy & your information

No personal information is captured via Frowey's website. If you email us, any contact information that you provide will only be used for its intended purpose - to contact you or deliver an order. Your information will not be stored in a database or shared with others. All email is deleted when acted upon.

Complaints

Frowey strives to maintain high standards for produce selection, butchery and preparation. If in the unlikely event you have cause for complaint, please phone us or drop by the farm to discuss the issue where a mutually agreeable solution will be agreed and, where applicable, a full refund granted. The produce should be kept so that it can be inspected.
