Frowey has a reputation for good meat. We work hard to source, prepare and serve the best aged beef, salt marsh lamb, free range poultry, rare breed pork, local shoot game, old spot sausages and pantry produce. Frowey customers want excellent regional food, well prepared and sensibly priced - we do our best to provide it. Our certified produce is traceable from farm to fork with animal welfare an utmost consideration. Produce is selected for taste, seasonality and good value - we can source to order where possible.

Affordable nosh continues to be a priority. You might compromise on the cut but you want to be assured of the quality. The BBC's spring lamb stew with ricotta dumplings plays to the grotty weather as well as the season's food while using a cheaper cut as the basis for a great meal. Their 'Get Cooking' lamb guide is also worth a look with a helpful piece on selecting cuts and cooking methods.

Frowey's still loving Twecipe - type in a couple of ingredients and job's a good 'un, a recipe! Yet more culinary ninja stuff from recipe down-sizer Danilo who squeezed the recipe for hazelnut encrusted rack of lamb into 140 characters.

Frowey Farm Shop offers a special order and delivery service subject to agreement and produce availability. Special orders are for the more unusual produce sourced to order, bespoke butchery or large orders.
